When anyone in Los Angeles says, “let’s eat at the beach,” you can bet they mean COAST Beach Cafe and Bar. There are grilled items year round (because it is always summer in LA after all). This King Salmon is one of Chef Isaac Gamboa’s tried and true selections.
• Season salmon with salt, pepper and olive oil
• Grill over medium heat for about 3-4 min on each side (use a fish basket if preferred to avoid sticking to the grill)
• Serve with grilled asparagus and sliced lemon
